Your application process

1) Complete the application. 

2) Upload the required documents, including proof of English proficiency. 

3) Submit the application. Mind the timeline! 

Your admission and registration process follows these steps:

1. Submit your application
You submit your application electronically to the Program Secretariat together with the required supporting documents.

2. Application review
The Program Committee reviews your application to confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all required documents have been submitted.

3. Interview stage
If you meet the requirements, you may be invited to participate in an online interview with members of the Committee.

4. Additional language assessment (if required)
In some admission rounds, you may also be asked to complete a written English language assessment before the interview.

5. Selection of candidates
After the evaluation process, the Program Committee prepares the final list of admitted candidates and a list of runners-up.

6. Admission offer and enrolment
If you are selected, you receive an admission offer and complete the enrolment process following the instructions provided by the Program Secretariat.

High school diploma or equivalent secondary education qualification

  • Background in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
  • English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
  • Evaluation of application documents and supporting materials
  • Online interview as part of the selection process
  • Identification card (EU) or valid passport
  • High school diploma (with official English translation)
  • Final-year high school transcript (with official English translation)
  • Proof of successful examination in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
  • Certificate of English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
  • Motivation letter (up to 500 words)
  • Curriculum Vitae (in English)

€8,000

per Academic Year

Tuition fees are paid in two instalments each academic year: the first during the enrolment process and the second before the start of the spring semester.

Upon acceptance of an offer of a place on the Program, candidates are required to pay a deposit of €1,000, which is counted toward the tuition fees.

Payments are made electronically to the Special Account for Research Funds of Aristotle University (ELKE AUTH), according to the instructions provided by the Program Secretariat.
The total tuition fee for the Program is €32,000, covering the full duration of studies.
