Your application process

1) Complete the application. 

2) Upload the required documents, including proof of English proficiency. 

3) Submit the application. Mind the timeline! 

Your admission and registration process follows these steps:

1. Submit your application
Submit your application electronically to the Programme Secretariat, together with all required supporting documents.

2. Application review
Your application is reviewed to confirm eligibility and completeness of submitted documents.

3. Interview stage
If you meet the requirements, you may be invited to participate in an online interview with members of the Programme Committee.

4. Additional assessment (if required)
In some admission rounds, you may be asked to complete an additional assessment test before the interview.

5. Evaluation and selection
Applications are evaluated based on submitted documents, interview performance, and any additional assessment (if applicable). Candidates are ranked, and a final list of admitted students and runners-up is prepared.

6. Admission offer and enrolment
If selected, you receive an admission offer and complete the enrolment process following the instructions provided by the Programme Secretariat.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification obtained abroad

  • At least two years of secondary education completed outside Greece

  • Eligibility for admission to higher education in the country of graduation

  • Background relevant to environmental sciences

  • English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)

  • Evaluation of application and supporting documents

  • Online interview as part of the selection process

  • (Optional) Additional assessment test

Applicants from recognised foreign schools in Greece may also be eligible if they meet the international criteria.

Students enrolled in related programmes abroad may apply for admission to a corresponding semester.

  • Valid passport (or EU identification card)

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification (with official English translation)

  • Academic transcript of final years of secondary education (with official English translation)

  • Proof of eligibility for higher education studies in the country of graduation

  • Proof of English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)

  • Curriculum Vitae (in English)

  • Motivation letter (up to 500 words)

per Academic Year

Tuition fees are paid in instalments throughout each academic year, according to the schedule set by the Programme.

Upon acceptance of an offer, candidates are required to pay a deposit of €1,000, which is counted toward the tuition fees.

An application fee of €150 is required upon submission of the application.

Payments are made electronically to the Special Account for Research Funds of Aristotle University (ELKE AUTH), following the instructions provided by the Programme Secretariat.

The total tuition fee for the full duration of the programme is €30,000.
